Easter
It has been a beautiful Spring day!
Spring is often connected with a renewal of life. It's the season where the plants start blooming, trees are clothed again in green, and the ground turns from white and brown to green.
For me, because Spring is connected to this renewal with life, it makes me think of hope. I like Winter, but it does seem a symbol of hope that Winter always turns to Spring.
I believe Spring symbolizes Easter. Easter itself is the day and reminder of true hope. The hope that is greater than and the core of all other hopes--our Savior, Jesus Christ. Around Easter, to me, Spring is a symbol of our Savior, without whom there would be no hope, no joy, and no ability to change and be renewed.
